Who are we

Team Care Connect Wirral Ltd was established in 1993 and have been contracted to carry out domiciliary care in both Wirral and Cheshire. It has established itself as one of the leading forces within the Homecare Sector. We have achieved this by being committed to service that we deliver.

Care Connect has a fundamental belief in the rights of the people we work with, that each client is a person in their own right, and that the provision of support is person centred and needs led.

What we do

Care Connect strives to work in partnership with all its clients to ensure that the service we deliver is ‘tailored’ to each individual and their requirements. Multi-disciplinary working is a factor of the professional approach that Care Connect applies to its support and service packages. These service packages are governed by strict monitoring and reviewing processes that apply to both service delivery and the service deliverers.

We invest in our support workers to encourage them to meet and achieve their own personal and professional goals. We provide training, support and supervision to Care Connect staff, which can then be provided back to their clients.

We strive to achieve excellence in homecare supplying care and support for the elderly or infirmed. Key to the success of our caring service is in understanding the individual’s needs and their expectations. In order to support the individual’s requirements we seek to manage our business effectively by:

  • Establishing a strategic mission and objectives which are monitored and reviewed regularly
  • Ensuring that our employees are suitably trained and proficient at their activities
  • Managing each client’s Care Plan individually
  • Providing a high standard of client care expertise
  • Meeting all of the necessary CQC, Local Authority, statutory and legal requirement within our organisation
  • Controlling our costs

We monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPM’s) at routine business review meetings and at the Management Review Meetings
